Remove ParserTestParser hook from hooks.txt

The hook was removed in Ia8e17008cb9d9b62ce5645e15a41a3b402f4026a

The mentioned file in the documenation was renamed:
parserTest.inc -> ParserTest.php -> ParserTestRunner.php
