Update outdated WikiPageDeletionUpdates documentation

This was already updated on
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Hooks/WikiPageDeletionUpdates
more than a year ago, just missed here.

This patch is a direct follow up for a request in I3a42ec1.
