Remove "successfully" from specialmute-success and add a link title

The word "successfully" is unnecessary, according to
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Localisation#Avoid_jargon_and_slang

The link title will make the whole message more readable in English,
and easier to translate into all languages.
