mediawiki.ui: Remove obsolete `text-shadow` from quiet and disabled buttons

Those properties have been overrides to the normal buttons old look,
they haven't been removed when the buttons were changed in
I25e5ce7e6fafc19d8b925b6918c98dd61b423d64.
