Revert "buttons: Update focus state"

This reverts commit 3f4c39e6a945d95c6b47aa1f81dad73d1aad0fc6.

The implementation of the new design specification
is imperfect. Zooming into the element shows that
the borders aren't equal on all sides and there is
a different colored border on the top and bottom.
